Who We Are?

Our Mission and Progress

Since 2023, our nonprofit organization has proudly partnered with valued organizations, including the Portland Ministry of Health, National Health Fund (NHF), The Lions Club, Port Antonio Hospital, ANew Mind Body Connect LLC, Salvation Army, Food for the Poor, Sagicor Group, HEART NSTA Trust, and Courts Optical, to improve health and wellness throughout our communities.

Together, we have successfully hosted annual Health Fairs focused on preventive care and facilitated health education workshops that have positively impacted individuals and families. Through these initiatives, we have provided access to free health screenings, health educational workshops and resources, and free medical supplies that encourage healthy lifestyles, early detection, and preventive healthcare.

Our commitment to improving community health and well-being continues through the delivery of essential healthcare services, education, and support. Some of the ways these initiatives have made a meaningful impact include:

Providing over 1,100 medical health screenings and more than 700 vision screenings.

Distributing over 1,200 blood pressure and glucose monitors, along with more than 14,000 glucose test strips.

Educating approximately 350 individuals in CPR and basic lifesaving skills. Hosting Mental Health Education Workshops that helped more than 300 participants recognize and respond to mental health concerns.

Distributing over 1,000 care packages containing non-perishable food items to individuals and families in need.

Providing more than 500 care packages with essential toiletries and personal care items

Serving complimentary hot meals to attendees during our annual Health Fair.

Through these initiatives, we continue to promote preventive healthcare, wellness education, and community support for those who need it most.

Our Goals for 2027

In 2027, we aim to expand our reach and impact by providing free medical and vision screenings, distributing blood pressure monitors, glucose monitors and test strips, food care packages, and essential hygiene supplies to individuals and families in need.
